Instructions
1) Opening the File
Click the Pre-Arrival Documents Package button below to open the documents in a new browser window.

2) Filling in the Information
Once the document has finished loading, you may disconnect from the internet to fill out the forms on your computer screen and save them.

 


** Note: If your version of Adobe Acrobat will not let you save the document **
you will need to download and install the following programs:

PDF Tools
Ghostscript

3) Sending your Pre-Arrival Documents Package
Via Email : Click this link and attach the file to your email.

Via Fax : Print out a copy of the Pre-Arrival Documents Package and fax it to the following number :

NYS Customs - Form C (required only on your arrival)

You have the choice to either fill out the New Caledonia Customs Declaration - Form C on your computer screen and then print your document or print the document first and then fill out the information by hand.
