1) Opening the File

2) Filling in the Information
Once the document has finished loading, you may disconnect from the internet to fill out the forms on your computer screen.

 


3) Sending your Pre-Arrival Documents Package

Via Fax : Print out a copy of the Pre-Arrival Documents Package and fax it to the following number :

Latitude 22 S Customs - Form C (required only on your arrival)

You have the choice to either fill out the New Caledonia Customs Declaration - Form C on your computer screen and then print your document or print the document first and then fill out the information by hand.
